I like that they pick up at my house or office with no additional charge for me as long as it's within their radius of service area! The software is easy enough but sometimes you have to go back in order to get some things done so be prepared to spend time doing research if needed before getting started otherwise there could potentially be an issue down road.

It helps keep sensitive documents from falling into wrong hands while still being able to destroy them once shredded properly because we can't trust everyone around us not to look through our trash cans/garbage bags etc.. We use this product when someone has been hired by another organization (such as law enforcement) where confidential info may need destroying such as police reports, medical records ect...
