I bought these to replace the stupidly long and stupidly stiff OEM fenders on my 2011 Toyota Tacoma 4X4. The factory dampers scraped as they pulled out of my driveway and were very stiff. I was concerned that the flaps would damage the wing extensions they attach to or come loose every time I ventured off-road. I didn't want to drive without fenders because they keep the truck bed clean and prevent damage, and they also protect the drivers behind me from rocks and debris falling on their car. These 7" RoadSport fenders fit the truck very well, look good, offer good protection and give me some peace of mind. They are made out of very thick and flexible rubber and look like they should have come from the factory. Installation was easy as I simply removed the factory hatches and used them as a template for the mounting holes. It took me about 1 hour to install the 4 doors as I was not in a hurry.
