When this item arrived it was much larger than I expected! The case it comes in is a hard case and is designed to protect the key from falls or damage that may occur in the shop. The wrench feels good in the hand and is well balanced in terms of weight, doesn't feel cheap like other torque wrenches. I measured the torque setting on my wrench lock and it was almost identical, so that's mine. The only thing I like about this wrench is that it is battery operated. In the modern age of lithium I think a rechargeable battery would be a nice addition. The wrench shuts off automatically after 5 minutes and I can assume the batteries will last a long time as they don't provide much power. It came with two AA batteries and they were branded (Toshiba). Overall I feel like with the purchase I have a tool that I can use for years to come and that's all you can really ask for. They offer lifetime calibration so this really can last a lifetime. 5 stars from me!
