I've been enjoying this camcorder for a few days now! I'm not very tech savvy but I make way too many videos with my kids and it fills my phone. Since I use my computer so much for work and it has a lot of memory, it seemed like bypassing the phone might be the right solution. Apart from that, this camera has Wi-Fi and an app that allows you to connect the camera to your phone or iPad and allows you to sort and share yours as you like on your device. There is a QR code that connects you to the app. I haven't set it up yet so can't comment on that, but it's a great feature. This camera is small and light, making it very easy to use. Thank goodness the instructions were clear otherwise I wouldn't have known. First, make sure you have an SD card as this camera has no internal storage. I agree as my computer has an SD card slot which makes it easy to transfer videos. It comes with two batteries, which is really a lot, and the battery charges after being inserted into the camera (next to the SD card slot) with a cable that resembles a micro-USB input. I've seen these cables before when using a Garmin car gps, I think it's the same input. It also comes with a wall plug, which is also generous as many products like this with USB don't include it on the packing list. During use, like any camcorder, the page will open and give you access to the settings. This is a touchscreen and the instructions will help you navigate. The record button is on the back of the camera, and if you hold your hand, you press record with your thumb, while the zoom button is on top and works with your index finger. It comes with a variety of accessories, including a boom microphone that attaches to the camera to enhance audio, as well as cables and remote controls to connect to the screen. I uploaded the video I shot including day and night shots. I have to say that the night vision of this camera is real and worth buying!
