The item failed about 6 months after purchase. I would definitely reject this chair. I'm 6ft 1in and think this chair would be better for shorter people, but I still found it comfortable. My last office chair lasted a few years so I'm not too picky about them. Things. I love leaning back in my chair. As you can see, although the armrest was designed to recline, it cracked in one area and showed a stress fracture in another. If you like to recline, I would advise against this chair. Plastic, while nice to look at, is cheap and flimsy. Customer service is excellent but the armrest is on standby. I don't think this is an isolated case.
