The product is not at all what I expected. First, the box was dirty and looked like it had been used a couple of times. Second, the product itself looks very used, riddled with scratches (indicating used), and the blades are not sharp and one is dented. In addition, the packaging looks blurry and there are no instructions or manuals describing the function of each part (I've obviously figured that out), but that also indicates that this is a used product. This is the second product I have purchased from Kitchen Winners that has been damaged and used. I'm just grateful to Revain for helping me fix the issue and now I know to be careful with these third parties.
