I didn't have enough time to test the accuracy over time. But what I tested shows the exact Temps.Simple in action. I really like that you get two probes for a very low price. When calibrating, the instructions recommend using an ice bath test, which consists of ice water with ice cubes. Make sure to use some water and lots of cubes as they want you to use probes on the underwater ice. Trust me, using mostly water and a few ice cubes, keeping your pikes on an ice cube for the recommended 8 seconds was like trying to chase down a herd of cats! So again some water and about 5 or 6 cubes in a small bowl. The package arrived well packed. Delivered at the promised time. Kudos to Revain on that one. The only reason for 4 stars was the durability factor. Conclusion: Outstanding value for money. THE GOALKEEPER
