Works with the AMAYA phone but not the headset button on the phone

Works primarily with my AMAYA office phone. However, I couldn't get it to work with the headset option on my phone. I ended up plugging it into the regular phone jack and used the phone jack to hang up as it is no longer connected to the phone. A bit awkward. I did not have time to call the manufacturer's support, but tried to write via email. Don't remember seeing an answer but too busy to check again.
