That came in the mail faster than expected. I have an old white Xbox 360 that broke a month ago, but then I got a newer version of the Xbox 360 for Christmas which was an Xbox 360 Slim (Black). Unfortunately, all of my games were digital and stored on an old Xbox hard drive. Drive. I was sad that I couldn't play it because the hard drive didn't fit my Xbox Slim, so I ordered it. Very easy to install, there was a black cap on the side that looked like hard tape, but it is actually a cap, it was difficult to remove but eventually came off, you just have to pull it hard. I connected this to the hard drive itself, not the console. I then turned on my Xbox 360 Slim and a message appeared asking if you wanted to transfer files to or from this storage device. This process took 30 minutes but it was worth the wait. :) At first I thought I would have to turn on my old Xbox 360 for this to work, which bothered me because my old Xbox 360 was broken. But no! All you need is a cable connected to your new Xbox 360 and a hard drive from an old or broken Xbox 360, that's it. Very easy. Also works on a thin disk for thin to thin transitions. I hope this works well for you too and the game goes on!
