I ordered this dietary supplement to combat fatigue caused by standing for long periods at work. I take it every morning when I wake up and then I train. And when I get back from work I'll take another dose based on what I'm feeling before eating and sleeping. It has helped me increase my energy levels, increase my stamina at work and improve my productivity. I would like this product to be offered as a softgel to make it easier to swallow.
