Not newborn size. on my review.
WAY too big. This is not newborn size at all. I was so hoping it would fit because its super cute. I gave 2 stars because at least the quality of the hat is good. Unfortunately this hat would be better fit for a toddler.

- The ears of the hat could be a choking hazard if they become detached or loose

It was too cold/rainy this Easter for a headband so we got this hat instead for our little girl. We got a lot of compliments for its cuteness and baby girl stayed warm.
