Good quality. The speakers hang securely on the back of the chair. The volume is controlled by the switch to the left of the user. And there's also a simple mute button. If the user has poor eyesight or dexterity issues, it may be a bit more difficult to use. The sound quality is decent. But we noticed a small echo. But the speakers are clear enough that other people nearby can easily hear the TV without distracting the user. The quality of the product is not top notch and I was disappointed considering the price. The left speaker substrate was crooked, making it difficult to operate the volume and mute buttons. I usually just exchange a product for this reason. I bought this product for my 93 year old father. His eyesight is very poor, as is his hearing. We thought it might increase his enjoyment of his favorite TV shows. But instead, the faint echo confuses the program. Therefore we are returning the product.
