Don't go by what people said about sizes.

I weight 219 I ordered xx-large. The first day it was hard to put on. I put it on the first hook But on the second day it was too big I already on the last hook. The x-large would of been perfect. I wish I could exchange for an xlarge but too bad I already wearing it. Plus it would be better if the belt stretches.
