This headset does not deserve such a price, at least for me. First of all, its biggest problem is the bass. It's an extremely accented, almost overwhelming sound that makes it difficult to pick out other aspects of a song. I was very surprised at the lack of sound quality given the $60 price tag for this unit. Again, this is partly due to the sheer volume of bass, but it also doesn't offer the crystal clear sounds you might expect. It's subdued, which is disappointing to say the least. I know a lot of people appreciate headsets or headphones with massive bass potential, but that's usually an additional tweak. I'm someone who appreciates this to a degree, but why is this a default setting and not an optional setting? Since it's aimed at gym users, it's possible this is some sort of marketing tactic. For the average user, commuting to work etc, it just doesn't work. The quality of the headset itself is good. Due to the material, which is most likely a TPU with a matte finish, there is no risk of it being soiled with fingerprints. A nice reflective material is also used, making it ideal for night runs. However, I almost never run with a headset at night, but it's a nice addition nonetheless. This headset comes with some charging, so make sure you charge it up a bit to get it working. A full charge takes about 2 hours but allows up to 8 hours of use. I don't like that I can't charge and listen to music at the same time as sometimes I just want to sit in my room and immerse myself in the music. Maybe in future developments you can use the headphones at the same time while charging. All in all, I'm not the biggest fan of this headset. The bass is too strong and unnecessary. This ultimately impacts audio quality, which sits on the lower end for similarly priced headsets. However, the quality of the material is of the highest level, which unfortunately is deceptive given the more important aspects.
