The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

Some unimportant quibbles:
The pillow under the neck is a little high and is not adjustable. it just slides over the headrest. Even with my height (182 cm), the pillow is under the back of the head. However, it can be simply removed from the headrest and positioned as convenient.
The density of the padding of the back and pillow is what you need - not hard, but you don’t fall through either. There are non-slip pads made of textured leather
The armrests are adjustable only in height, but that's enough for me.
In general, the purchase is very satisfied

Pros

In terms of convenience and ergonomics, it is simply many times better than ordinary office chairs. Looks great. The high back is adjustable in inclination, can be expanded almost horizontally. Pillows under the lower back and under the head are simply an indispensable thing, it really helps with back problems. There is lateral support.

Cons

Rough and hard reclining mechanism - the lever is tight, the back just "falls" down to the next position. All the time it seems that with the next reclining, the whole mechanism will fall apart. There are quality problems - in some places careless stitching of seams, material jams
