Having had a Eufy 11c which died after 6 months and then an Ecovac which is not smart at all I thought I would try the Eufy 30c as it has more suction power and it is a newer model. From the first day I got it, it just went in circles. No home, nothing. Even if I put him on the nits in the carpet to be picked up, he won't even do that. I already left a review here on Revain but I see it hasn't been posted. ? I need someone from Yufi to advise me on what to do about this blood pressure booster. Jufi?
