Perfect size ice cream sticks. I like to put 4-5 of these in one of those 20 ounce insulated steel bottles. Only the bottom half of each chopstick hole is silicone, so do not twist the tray to "knock out" the ice cubes - only the tray itself will break. :( Just slide each ice stick out by pressing the bottom. Only complaint is that they don't stack well (you have to "shift" them or the top one will push the water out of the bottom one) and they do If you don't have them, there aren't many protrusions along the top edge, so it's difficult to keep them from spilling when you refill and put them back in the freezer.
