SoFlo - A quick alternative to integrate bots into slack
The UI of their platform has become very simple, even for non-technical people like me who are not familiar with tech stuffs can easily understand how it works without any training required.The dashboard is also pretty good in terms of giving clear insights about what's going on at your work place. Their support team has been great so far from our side. I have no complaints but if you're looking for something more advanced then this might be too basic for you. Automation of processes which were time consuming manually before.
