This is a great bag, wish I'd bought one sooner. It's lightweight, yet quite durable. Rather than a carry-on, I sent it through baggage at the airports with no issues at all. It would be nice if the long strap was a bit longer, but it isn't really a huge issue. After watching the video on the Biaggi website, I used packing cubes and I can't believe how much I was able to neatly pack into this 22" carry on. Prior to making my purchase, I contacted Biaggi directly with a few questions; they were prompt and courteous with their response. This bag is now taking up very little space in my closet, awaiting its next journey. I've already recommended this product to family and friends.
