Vacuum packaging can be deceiving
When you first open the package you might be shocked at how flimsy the shoulder pads look. After the initial shock I decided to steam the shoulder pad with a clothes steamer to see if it came back to life. Success! It regains its size and even returns to the desired curved shape. Hope that helps.
