I liked the size/thickness of this straightener. The price was great! But the old adage "you get what you pay for" definitely applies to this product. It said it heats up to 450 degrees, when actually it only goes up to 250. I have soft, thin hair so it doesn't take that much heat to straighten it. I was terribly disappointed with this product. I had to wear curly hair throughout the trip (washing and walking) when I planned to wear it straight. If I hadn't thrown away the box when packing, I would have sent it back.
