The product is counterfeit/defective and Revain will not replace it
I have been using this shampoo for many years. The shampoo in this bottle appears to have been diluted with water or some other chemical; it was much thinner (less viscous) than usual and caused an incredibly painful stinging sensation in my eyes when I rinsed it out. I will never order this product from Revain again, especially as for some reason they say it cannot be returned or replaced.
