Review on Firefly Reservations by Brandon Barrett

The ease in which users can create check ins and bookings easily is great and the customer service department is fantastic. The only thing I did not like is the price hike for all the new features. I'd love to have a little more control over the layout of the guest portal and the checkout process. Firefly has allowed me to increase my capacity to take in more campers. Now the only problem is when I get my own home internet I will have to wait to turn it on while guests check in. I like that it has all of my favorite features such as being able to book multiple sites at once (which saves me time), be notified when they confirm/cancel if we have someone coming back later than expected etc.. It doesn't allow us to do some things which would help our business but not sure why this isn’t available yet? We were having issues getting people who had booked through other websites onto firefly's website so now using them together works well!
