I received the controllers and the first thing that struck me was that the L2 button on the controller was defective and was clearly defective on the other controller. You can also hear the shards inside if you shake it. Although this was an issue the company themselves refunded my money with no problems, they were very polite and happy to take the controllers back. Good customer service, bad controllers.
