I take them on camping trips and mountaineering to carry around camp or ford a creek. They are lightweight, breathable and quick drying. They are snug but comfortable. It's a mix of water shoes and slippers, which is very comfortable and lets sore feet breathe. But it also has enough traction/cushioning that I don't mind walking rough trails, even climbing rocks at camp with ease to do whatever I need to do without having to put my boots back on. Yes, these are probably cheap Chinese. Unbranded. But they do exactly what I need and are sold at a great price.
