When I first got the ball I decided to pump it up so I could do some stretches. The first thing I noticed was the thickness of it. It made me, someone who is chubby and tall, feel better about the durability of it. It also comes with a plug remover which is nice because the others I looked at did not include it. The ball once pumped holds my weight pretty well, and I don't feel like I am going to pop it. I can bounce on it and it stays stable and doesn't lose air. The only downside really is the pump. It looks like a kids toy and pumps like one too. It took like 30 minutes to pump with it. Not only that, but my hose didn't want to connect at all so I had to force it in and tape it together to make sure it didn't come out. Another upside is it comes with a list of exercises, which was pretty fun to try.
