The shoes got to me earlier than stated by Amazon. The shoes were the same as in the picture. not well suited for people with swollen or thick feet. I had swollen feet the day I put them on and found the length was true to size. I usually wear men's size 9. But went to 9.5 to give me more room but it still felt snug on my foot. I undid the ties and still had a snug fit. This shoe is well made with good ankle support. Big feet look small and cute in these shoes. slippery surfaces. These shoes come with round laces. I like the look of the shoes, order the black and white style. The upper of this shoe is made entirely of leather and is made of breathable materials. I rub my legs on the sides because of the pads in the shoes, they don't hurt all day.
