Review edited - I've increased the stars from 2 to 4 for excellent customer service. I'm still waiting for it but they said they would send a new armrest. There were some really ugly threads sticking out of one of my armrests. Of course it's the front of the armrest... I may need to swap them, although they're marked left and right, so I'm not sure if that would affect functionality. My two small screws securing the side covers were also welded together. So one of my side covers just needs to stay in place as they only offer 1 replacement. Otherwise it's very good, I just wish it didn't have that ugly defect right up front.
