I went up a size as the reviews mentioned it will be a bit tight once you find the exact size you are thinking. Also, I tend to throw clothes in the dryer where I expect them to shrink. This item is great as I originally bought this for Halloween but have used it over the winter on colder days when the chill seeps into the house even though the heater is doing its job. This is a toasty warm and relaxed fit that I love. It's so warm I could sleep in it without using an extra thermal blanket. The only thing I have is that the zipper only goes to the belly button and I wish it was lower so it's a bit easier to go to the bathroom. highlighted.
