I like that it allows me to document my policies or procedures without having someone else write them down first! It's also great because if there was an error/mistake made by myself while typing up these documents (like misspelling something), we can quickly pull out our saved version of those items so no one gets confused later when searching through things again!! There isn't anything really bad about this software but maybe some people might not find their way around everything well enough? We were looking into creating detailed employee manuals which allowed us to save time writing each manual ourselves instead using templates online from other companies who charge $10 per page etc..
