I like that it's easy to use and set up, quick transaction times and very good customer service! The downside was not having access to my account when we're in different time zones or countries! Make sure you have a great agent/account manager because if they aren't there to help then you will be frustrated during any problems. Not being able to check your balance easily so sometimes we forget just how much cash is left vs sold. Great platform! We are solving this problem by selling our used items locally and online at a fair price through their website as well as using them for all of our C-Payments (cash) payments.
