Great responsive customer service and attentive account management

They always listen, they are willing to provide additional resources or training if needed but that is hard with an app as large as this one! I like their friendly support staff who can assist you quickly even over weekends when we have no business hours at all! We use them for our payroll system so it would be great to integrate some sort of document editing functionality into the platform though i am sure thats not part of what you guys do here? This makes me feel more secure about using your product since its designed by people just like my team & myself.

Great communication
Very easy integration process (all steps were done in under 15 minutes)
No problems working through multiple iterations during development phase.
The abilityto create custom workarounds/functions via javascript without having access source code
