Definitely size down
I love this dress. It’s super warm and the material is thick. It’s definitely a sweater dress and a good one too. I chose to size down and I’m so glad I did. If I had ordered my daughter’s original size (18 mos), it would’ve been way too big. My daughter is 16 months, 25 pounds and I ordered her the 12 month size dress and it fits perfectly.
