Professional services provided using GxP softwares

The team working with us was very professional, skilled & dedicated in their approach to deliver quality solutions as per our expectations! - Availability for quick turnaround time when we need some assistance or guidance.- A lot knowledgeable about system architecture details even before commencing any work to ensure success within defined timelines without compromising standards required by customers. Lack support from remote areas sometimes due problems related internet connectivity leading slow response times which could have been avoided through better planning at initial stage itself. I like the fact that they are always willing to help, and always willing to do what is best for the customer. I dislike that the software is not user friendly. It is very difficult to navigate, and very difficult to find information. There are many things that I would like to see changed. I am trying to use the software to help organize my work, but I am having a difficult time finding what I need. I would like to be able to find what I need easier. I am trying to organize my work and tasks.

  • Customer Service Team were helpful both during project creation phase (initial stages)and after completion; )Great Support available 24/7 via chat services provided also good documentation / manual created along side other documents used frequently throughout life cycle process(eCRM solution.)
Cons
  • User Experience UI needs improvement
  • Not easy navigating
