My friend loved loved loved it! It was a gift and he couldn't be happier about it! It was basically as good as "new"! I was afraid it would have some imperfections but they were packaged very well, the watch was also nicely wrapped in a protective fabric sleeve. They arrived very quickly, much earlier than expected (California to New York 4 days after shipment). I've read a lot of complaints about the battery. The battery currently lasts an average of 2 days, which is great! (Always in screen mode). I've noticed that the companies that sell watches on this site change frequently. I got them from iPower Resale Inc. and I don't know if I was lucky or not, but we couldn't be happier with this one!
