I bought this to hold my baking trays when I remove them from the oven to allow the cookies to cool before removing them from the tray and placing them on a plate, box, etc. However, after I placed the baking sheet on the top two racks, I saw them bow a little. I worried that it wasn't built well to withstand the way I intended to use it. You will need to wait for the cookies/pan to cool down a bit before transferring them to this rack. At this point, they're cool enough not to need a cooling rack, IMO. It will be just another item to clean up.
