The interface was very easy for me personally as I am only familiar with technology like Word or Excel which makes it even easier when you are working from home! There were some minor technical glitches within our first week of using fluixonline but we worked through them together quickly so everyone got used quicky enough. We also do not have any issues at this time since switching over now about 6 weeks later after initial implementation period - they fixed everything fast & efficiently!! This has been an amazing tool/appointment scheduling system because there's never anything needing attention anymore once implemented here (and yes if something comes up during business hours then contact us). It saves alot more than what people think just by having these systems set into motion before someone gets sick etc.,.
