The price is too high but the quality is better than cheap fakes
It always seemed to me that flashbulbs cost a lot more than they should. One of them probably costs $7 to make. So I used to buy cheap fakes for about $20. But you can tell right away that they won't continue. The plastic is brittle, the wires are flimsy, and the lenses tarnish and fall apart within a year or two. I think we have no choice but to continue buying these beacons at inflated prices.
