I had severely damaged hair from extensions. I quit extensions and began the long journey of bringing my hair back from the dead. These products really can make it to the bottom of the bottle. Don't be intimidated by the Garlic name. It doesn't smell like garlic. However, you must do 2 important things. 1. Use twice as much conditioner as usual. Second, you need a detangler. I loved the baby detangler. My hair is healthier than it was before I ruined it with those horrible extensions.
