The right level of protection for my portable drive.

Fits the Seagate Expansion 1TB USB 3.0 Portable External Hard Drive (STEA1000400) and offers enough space for a USB cable and little more. The drive appears to be very well protected. I haven't spilled coffee on it (yet), but if I do, only lightning will come out. I think you'll need to upgrade to something like a Pelican hull to do better, which would be overkill for my needs. I like that there is a spacer to separate the drive from the cable so they don't get stuck together. This will increase the storage space, but the soft protection is sufficient. It's not the case, but the fit on my drive is so tight that the zipper slows down a bit. If you open and close the case all day, you might need a bigger one for this drive.
