Audio and video via DVI connector

I connected mine yesterday and like Geoff5628 I got both audio and video from my PC. ASUS GeForce GT 640 3GB graphics card in case others don't get sound. It can't be an adapter, it can be your card. In any case, I'm glad I was able to get both features by combining this equipment with my own. Hope this helps anyone considering this adapter.
