I needed a wrench with a head I could turn 90 degrees; The ratchet was an added feature I had serious doubts about. Well the ratchet is great, works like clockwork and saves a lot of hassle of removing and repositioning the wrench after every quarter turn in tight turns. The swivel aspect works well too, but it doesn't lock, which limits its applicability. For the price, though, you can't beat it - it's well made and finished, durable, and thanks to its small size, it's perfect for loosening and tightening nuts on plumbing lines under the sink and other similar jobs in tight spaces and odd angles.
