I bought this peeler after my current peeler got dusty one day while peeling potatoes for dinner. I was very upset because I thought this was the best cleaning knife I have ever bought and it was no longer available. Well maybe it was until this little baby came along. He slides over vegetables in a way I can't even explain. and the crusts just fall off the blade with no effort or shaking. It fits my hand perfectly and is very easy to clean. I am planning to buy it for my mom and sister because no one you know should live without this paring knife. They sent both a welcome video with instructions and an additional email to make sure I had no problems.
