As a consumer of HIPPIH's online store, I was immensely upset with their deceptive advertising. The company claims to be dedicated to supporting customers in creating a home that is authentically theirs, reflecting the individuals who live in it. However, my experience with their items has been the reverse. In an effort to make my living room feel more like a home, I shopped at HIPPIH's online store and bought a number of different items. However, the things I received were of low quality and did not match the design or look that I had chosen. And when I contacted customer service about the delay, no one even acknowledged my email. When I went to return the things, I was advised that I would have to pay for return freight, which was not specified on their website. Overall, my experience with HIPPIH's online store was incredibly disappointing. Their misleading advertising and poor quality products made it impossible for me to establish an environment that was authentically mine. If you're seeking for high-quality, custom home decor items, look elsewhere.
