I'm so glad I found these shawl clips. I have a few scarves that I didn't want to pierce with a shawl pin, so I grabbed them when I saw them in the search. They clip easily to the end of my heavy and light scarves and can be attached to any other second piece of fabric with a light tucking under another clip. They leave no residue when opened and they have not snagged on any of my thinner fabrics. I also used them to tighten the waist (back) of an oversized suit my daughter was wearing. I used it to attach a kitchen towel to my apron while getting ready for a party. Fastening two edges of any type of fabric is very convenient.
