You get what you pay for
I wore this other leather compression turtleneck to work in 30 degrees Fahrenheit and I got cold. Everything but my face was cold. So I'm giving it an extra star for the high collar part. Luckily I brought an extra jacket, otherwise it would have been worse. I usually just wear a cold gear shirt under armor with a long sleeve over it and I'm fine. But that's not the case. Not on fleece lining. It's more of a heat shield version. Just a thin compression shirt for warm weather, not for cold weather. You get what you pay for.
