The first product they sent broke straight away, but Revain was kind enough to give me a small credit and a prompt replacement. However, there is a problem with closing the door. It doesn't always close properly, so sometimes the disinfection cycle doesn't activate and the door stays open. I have to push it very hard from above again. I think it's a problem with the molding on the door. Another issue I have is that it keeps slipping out of the socket, but I put some cardboard in the back to make sure there is pressure on the clip so it doesn't pop out every time we open the door to open. Update August 2018 I noticed black mold inside, just below the lights. I am shocked because it was supposed to disinfect and prevent mold and bacteria. I will post photos. Closing the door is a problem because in most cases when we close it the UV light does not activate due to a defect.
