It was not very disappointed

When I received the package with Bluetooth in the mail, I opened it and was very disappointed. Wasn't wrapped up at all so I wiped it down with tissues and charged it for over 4 hours. Try to make sure they are well charged before putting them on. After trying to play they didn't work at all with no sound, sent them back the next day
