Ideal all round straps. I bought 27 inch elastics that I had to fit around a 32 inch circle. Headrest. They are nice and stretchy and can stretch a few more inches. For all of these straps, you should probably subtract about 3 inches from the listed size to account for the velcro portion, as that portion of the strap will be rolled back and attached with velcro. (Put simply, the length of the strap does not equal the maximum circumference). The rest of the belt is fabric with a loop so the hook part can be attached anywhere / it is adjustable. I bought the stretchy style to have a bit more flexibility in length as I wasn't sure if the 36" (no elastic) would fit. I will be buying more of these for different purposes as they are very comfortable.
