I took this bad boy camping to use on the camp ring. While waiting for the coals to shimmer red, I took the grill out of the box and put it back together. I still had time to season the chicken thighs with a good grated mixture (paprika, garlic salt, pepper, some chili powder, some onion powder, some red pepper flakes - FTW). I put a cooking grate over the fire to sterilize it. After that it was 10 minutes on chicken thighs and we were in business. This grill is easy to use (raise and lower the grill height and rotate the grill away from the fire to ensure we can also place the grill in the charcoal bed), easy to clean and does what it says on the tin. I'll do it - I'll get you a rack over the fire to cook meat right on.
